We love our customers and our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of amazing customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

We strive to find the best suppliers with the fastest processing times. However, in some cases, the delivery speed and shipping times may vary. 

-Please allow 2-4 weeks for orders to arrive (some sooner), while understanding that delivery may take up to, or greater than, 30 days depending on location (some countries take longer than others). 

-Please note that items may arrive in separate and distinct packaging within a few days of one another depending on processing time, don't worry the other packages will follow.

-Orders will be trackable via your national shipping courier at indigo.aftership.com.

-If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local post office. Indigo Trend does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We cannot issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

-To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If you have entered in the wrong shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchased time with the correct information at info@indigotrend.com.

-If the package is a returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. 

-Duties, Taxes and Customs: All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, Indigo Trend is not responsible for these charges. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Indigo Trend is also not responsible for packages caught in customs. Please check your local customs website for more information.
